  • 14-05-2009   DOT issues order  relating to revision of pension in IDA w.e.f from 1.1.2006 >>>>>>>>. This issue holds prominence in view of revision of pension in IDA which was earlier available in CDA pattern.while the similar matter relating to pensioners prior to 1.1.06 is under active consideration.GS addresses to CMD, BSNL regarding Immediate need to upgrade CDMA services for data and voice transmission

     

     

  • 05-03-2009 22-00hrsCMD has been kind enough to accord his approval to the new IDA pay scale in accordance to the orders recently issued by DOT. Formal orders will be issued tomorrow (ie. on 06-03-2009). We are thankful to CMD , Director (HRD), GM (Estt.) and BSNL Management for implementing the orders of DPE expeditiously on fixation of new IDA pay etc.

  • GS was informed by GM (E) that action to be taken by the establishment wing of BSNL Corporate office to restore the seniority of 1966 TES Gr B officers in line with the decision already taken recently by the Management committee of BSNL was in the conclusive stage. With that, we expect the issue to be resolved.

  •     The call by the  CHQ  to do the lunch and closing hour demonstrations are to be followed strictly by the  SSAs .All the District secretaries are requested to send daily reports along with the photos to CS immediately after the completion of the day. Remember comrades this is the  important battle so far our  carrier is concerned .Do not hesitate to come out. You only can change the future of your cadre like the previous instances. kindly get united to show your strength to the management .

  • The Organizational Action Programmes Call given by United Forum of BSNL Executives’ Associations for Demonstrations & Mass Dharna w.e.f. 02.02.2009 has to be implemented with complete success. 2nd Pay Revision Committee recommendation notified by DPE, Govt. of India and approved by BSNL Board were about to be approved by DoT for issuance of Presidential Directives but meanwhile CMD, BSNL called back the proposal for review. It’s a insult  to the entire absorbed Executives’ in BSNL. BSNL Management attempt to dilute the 2nd PRC recommendations can’t be tolerated. BSNL Management is undermining the strength of Executives and wants to put them into maximum disadvantageous situation i.e. non-regularization of adhoc STS Executives on the pretext of non-finalization of Group 'A' RRs, non holding of DPCs to fillup vacant STS posts and by diluting 2nd PRC recommendations etc. It is the high time to show executives strength by implementing the organisational action programmes. The agitation waves should reach to BSNL Corporate Office, New Delhi.

  • UF of BSNL Executives' Association serves notice to BSNL management from 2nd Februray 2009. Make Serious preparations to make this trade union action programme a great success. Organise at BSNL CGM/SSA levels to defeat the evil designs of BSNL management. letter of UF

    (A) Lunch/closing hour demonstrations at Corporate Office /CGM/SSA level on 2nd, 3rd and 4th Feb.,09

    (B)    Full day Dharna at Corporate Office/CGM/SSA level on 5th and 6th Feb.,09.

    In case necessary orders are not issued by 6th Feb.,09, the protest actions would be further intensified by resorting to other programmes of organizational actions. All the CHQ Office Bearers, Circle / Branch Secretaries are rquested to mobilize for making the Organisational Action Programme a complete Success.
